Cove Seaview Villas comprises 6 ultra-lux 3- and 4-bedroom properties in a picturesque setting between Ayia Napa and Cape Greco, only 150m from the waterfront and 450m from the sands of Limnara Beach.
Each villa has a large private pool with sunbathing deck and bbq area to complement the bright Mediterranean interiors designed for 21st century luxury living with smart home system and elevator.
The tourist and entertainment centre of Ayia Napa is 3.7km from the villas, and you will discover a number of popular as well as more secluded beaches, natural places of interest, a sculpture park, cactus park, and the Ayia Napa casino only a few km away. Driving time from Larnaca International Airport is 35 minutes, mostly via highway.

The rate includes A/C, safe box, fridge, dishes and silverware, satellite TV, hairdryer, bath towels, beach towels, bath amenities, Wi-Fi Internet access (free of charge in public areas and in the rooms) and all legal taxes.

Check In/Out Policy
Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Early Check In / Late Check Out subjects to availability and is charged at 100% of the applicable night rate. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.
Electricity Allowance Policy
Electricity Allowance calculation is 80kw/day for the villas <200sqm and 150kw/day for the villas 200sqm>. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay.
Children policy
Baby Cot is provided with extra charge of 8 euros per day.
